Thank you for visiting and shopping at Laneve MV. In this page you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policies, and any relevant shipping updates.
Delivery Policy
We aim dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the moment of order creation. Business hours spans Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Time. If the 48-hour period falls outside of our business hours, an additional day will be required for processing.
During sale periods and due to an increase of orders received, this time frame can be extended. We kindly ask for your understanding and support during busy periods as we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Please be assured that we are committed to dispatching orders promptly and efficiently, and we appreciate your patience and support during these busy periods.

FREE delivery to Male' and hulhumale for all orders above MVR200
Return policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; this means unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lanevemv.com or direct message us on instagram within 24 hours of delivery time.
Please note that any items sent back to us without a return approval from us will not be accepted.
We do not currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for arranging the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and a inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the seal has been broken or the outer packaging has been damaged we will not be able to approve the refund.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded after deducting delivery fees if applicable.
Order cancellation:
Orders can be fully cancelled and refunded, provided our team has yet to pack or fulfil. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason. please contact us at your earliest convenience
